Sign up, then head to the AI assistant and subscribe for the plan that is most suitable for you. We offer weekly and monthly plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

In your account, you will be able to manage your subscription, cancel it or change your payment method, for example.

If you do not sign up for the AI assistant subscription, you will still have access to our checklists and document links all of which are highly relevant for people living in Germany.

Once you have navigated to the AI assistant page, enter your question and you will kick off a conversation with our trained information provider.

The AI will ask you about your native language and English level. Furthermore, we might ask additional questions once you have shared your challenge that needs to be solved.

When asking your questions, it is important to provide as much details as possible and be very concise with your questions.
